This is one of your coolest drawings yet, sir. I'm still astounded by how well you get those creative juices flowing day after day. Did you use some type of computer program (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc.) so you wouldn't have to painstakingly draw those elephants smaller yourself? Every detail on them looks exactly the same.
It was drawn with pen on paper, scanned and colorised with photoshop. The reduced elephants are copy and paste of the larger one.
When i was a child, there was a similar kiosk close to where we lived in Athens, complete with umbrella for the summer sun, for the traffic policeman at a dangerous crossroads.
It used to be decorated with the usual things during the Christmas holidays but the absolute nightmare was in Easter: the kiosk was covered by a huge fake broken egg shell, and the poor policeman looked like a chicken coming out of the egg. I think this must be my earliest memory of something Kitsch...
Same thing in Buenos Aires, but without decorations, the cops over there have no sense of hunour.
Metro Goldwyn Mayer made a documentary (Buenos Aires in 1932). Look at the garita (kiosk) with the traffic policeman..
The guy that added music to the film deserves capital punishment (not a trace of Argentine music)

You are welcome, Dodo! Glad you liked it. As for fresh-milk-on the-spot, Louis Pasteur would surely have also been very impressed... and turning in his grave with that.
