[*] This tune is the very well known "Vierd blues" a.k.a. "Trane's blues". Miles Davis appropriated it in 1956’s album “Workin' with the Miles Davis Quintet”, but the real composer was John Coltrane that had recorded it in March 1956 three months earlier in an album of Paul Chambers ("High steps"). On this Chamber's album, the name of that song was "John Paul Jones" just the pseudonym that Coltrane (or the recording label) used for the artists credits in that soundtrack. It’s odd here why the host (or the player) does not recognize the actual title of the song.
